BuggyFlow is a guide to debugging and bug triage for small software teams.

Why it exists

Small teams don’t have a separate QA department or a release manager. The same people build features, answer support and fix what breaks. Without a routine, bugs arrive as interruptions and every one feels urgent. A light, repeatable workflow fixes most of that.
